eLISA GOAT final report
The Gravitational Observatory Advisory Team (GOAT) was charged by ESA to advise on the scientific and technological approaches for a gravitational wave observatory with a planned launch date in 2034. The BBC has some nice press coverage of the current status of eLISA following the report.
