Accomodations

Oxford has a large number of accommodations available. Multiple hotels that offer reasonable rates are located in town. Many offer free shuttle services around Oxford. Oxford also boasts a thriving Airbnb community. A public transportation system includes buses that cover the University and surrounding region. Given the size of the town, walking is also feasible and pleasant from many locations. Several hotels are within 5 km of the UM campus.

Accomodations on campus

• A block of rooms have been reserved at the Inn at Ole Miss for $109/night. To make a reservation, you can use this link: https://reservations.travelclick.com/112571?groupID=3337113. You can also contact the hotel at hotel@theinnatolemiss.com or by phone at 1-888-486-7666. Make sure to specify that you are joining FPCP2022 to get the group rate. Make sure to book by May 6 to get the group rate!
• Rooms are available in the residence halls on campus. Single-occupancy rooms are available with a private bathroom for $45/night or with a common bathroom for $23/night. To reserve a room, send an email with your expected arrival and departure dates to fpcp2022@phy.olemiss.edu. Payment can be made by cash or check at check-in for the conference (alternative options are available if necessary). More details will be provided prior to arrival. Note that linens (sheets, pillows, towels) are NOT provided. Reserevations should be made before April 30 for guarenteed availabilty.
• If you are parking on campus and need a parking pass, contact the organizers at fpcp2022@phy.olemiss.edu. Note that guests of the Inn at Ole Miss may park near the hotel for free.
