20th conference on Flavor Physics and CP violation (FPCP 2022)

FPCP2022 will be an in person conference, but we recognize that some participants may be unable to travel due to various restrictions. To accommodate the ever-changing situation, registration fees are not due at the time of registration, but rather will be due on April 1. Please register as soon as you are reasonably confident that you will be able to travel so we can appropriately prepare. Conference organizers will follow up on incomplete registrations near the end of March.

The registration fee includes the welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunch, the conference dinner, an excursion to Memphis, TN, and electronic proceedings. Guests wishing to join the excursion to Memphis have the choice of registering for a dinner and music cruise on the Mississippi River, museum reservations, or simply exploring Beale St in downtown Memphis at their leisure, with an additional fee depending on the activity chosen.

Payment Methods:

Credit Card: payments by credit card are processed through the University of Mississippi Central Marketplace
Cash: only US dollars are accepted

Cancellation:

Full cancellations must be requested by emailing fpcp2022@phy.olemiss.edu before April 1, 2022.
Any refunds granted will be made by the same method as the original payment method and will be processed after the completion of the conference. Any fees for wire transfer refunds will be the responsibility of the registrant.
Guests who have paid the registration fee for full participation but are unable to join in person due to changing conditions may request a partial refund and pay the remote participation fee of $50. Requests for partial refunds must be made by May 1.

Visas:

If you are traveling from outside the US, you may need a visa to enter the country. Please refer to the US Department of State site for instructions on how and who needs to apply for a Visa to enter the US. Also note the changing restrictions related to Covid-19, which you can find at this page.
An invitation letter may be requested via the registration form, for those who need it for visa purposes.
